Will not be able to attend AGBM and not able to do any presentations.


Registration Guidelines

The conference registration fee includes GST in accordance with current government norms.
Delegate kit shall not be collected by the accompanying person.
Only those delegates who physically attends the conference will be given kit bags.
The kits shall not be sent via any means after the conference by the committee.
On Spot registrations shall be given kit bags on basis of availability.
Registration fees includes admission to scientific halls, trade exhibitions, inaugural function, lunch, banquet and delegate kit.
(T&C Applied) For smooth communication during conference and for registration receipt, delegates need to provide their functional contact number and E-mail Id.
In case of changes in date or venue, due to any unanticipated reasons the organizing committee will not be responsible in any form.
The registration fee paid by a particular delegate will not be adjusted for any other delegate.

Cancellation & Refund

  • Registrations are non-transferrable.
  • Registration Refund / cancellation policy:
  • 75% of registration fee will be refunded on cancellation till May 26th 2024.
  • 50% of registration fee will be refunded on cancellation till June 26th 2024.
  • 25% of registration fee will be refunded on cancellation till August 15th 2024.
  • No refunds will be done on cancellation of registration from August 16th 2024.
  • Refunds in the case of procedural lapses would mean:
  • Money erroneously paid.
  • Eligibility criteria not being met.
  • Required documents not submitted.
  • All the refunds will be processed only after one month of scheduled completion of convention to the same account from which transaction was made.
  • All the requests for the cancellation will be processed by the organizing committee and any decision in this regard will be final and binding.
  • In case of cancellation at any stage, bank transfer fee will not be refunded. It is applicable to bank transfer payments only
  • Cancellations are to be requested in writing only to the conference secretariat to email:45thisppdbengaluru@gmail.com
  • Telephonic cancellations will not be entertained.
  • Only the base registration amount will be refunded and not the GST or Service charges.
  • In case of force majeure or Act of GOD, or natural calamities or pandemics (such as Covid-19 etc.), the NammaPedo Bengaluru ISPPD-2024 COC will have the authority to cancel the conference and the difference as appropriate will be refunded.
  • In case of any dispute , the jurisdiction shall be Bengaluru courts.
